Erwin Kishore founded Closer with a clear brief: premium chauffeur service that feels invisible until it matters. He has worked in the chauffeur sector since 2016 — from day-to-day dispatch realities to high-stakes assignments for consulting firms, diplomatic missions, and international clients.
That decade of road-level experience shapes how Closer runs: punctuality as non-negotiable, discretion as default, and vehicles presented to a standard guests notice without needing to ask.
As founder and managing director, Erwin sets the service bar for every chauffeur and every transfer — airport arrivals, protocol movements, and long-haul corridors alike.

Closer's operations are led by Jagdeep Singh Gill — over 10 years of hands-on experience in passenger transportation, with a deep understanding of what happens beyond the booking: driver coordination, service quality, timing, execution under real-world conditions.
While Closer is built as a system, Jagdeep ensures the system works where it matters most — in operations.
He is actively involved in the Wirtschaftskammer Wien, contributing to multiple committees within the passenger transport sector. At Closer, his role is clear: make sure every ride runs exactly as expected — or better.

Alexander leads product, marketing, and operations systems — the website, booking flow, positioning, and the processes that keep Closer scalable without losing the personal standard guests expect.
His background is in building and scaling service businesses with a focus on automation, customer acquisition, and clear execution. He is also the founder of Simple AI, where he helps companies get discovered in AI-driven search.
At Closer he applies the same thinking to premium transport: remove friction, simplify the experience, and focus on what actually matters for the guest.

Ahmed Ejaz, MBA
Ahmed Ejaz steers Closer's operations across locations and partners — so a booking in Vienna, a partner city, or a last-minute congress movement is executed to the same standard.
He coordinates chauffeur and vehicle capacity, looks after international B2B partners, and keeps quality and service consistent on every confirmed ride.
As Closer expands travel-agency and congress channels, Ahmed is the operational counterpart: making new programmes executable, not just announced.

As Head of Dispatch, Albert Steiner leads Closer's operational engine — orchestrating vehicles, precision schedules, real-time flight tracking, and seamless last-minute VIP adjustments.
With extensive hands-on experience in high-profile VIP guest management, Albert coordinates complex transfers for embassies, luxury hotels, and corporate executives. His calm, proactive communication keeps passengers and their assistants informed without unnecessary noise.
Equal parts strategist and desk-to-road coordinator, Albert bridges client expectations with chauffeur execution — so every transfer feels meticulously planned, never improvised.
